Social Media Manager

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic
  • Create and manage a content calendar, including planning, scheduling, and publishing content across various social media platforms
  • Monitor and engage with social media followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and design, to create visually appealing and engaging content
  • Use analytics and metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the agency’s strategy
  • Manage and lead a team of social media specialists and coordinators
  • Work with clients to understand their business goals and objectives and create social media campaigns to meet those goals
  • Manage and monitor social media advertising campaigns and report on results
  • Be the point of contact for clients for all social media related queries and concerns
  • Continuously monitor and report on competitor activity on social media
  • Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers, bloggers and other relevant stakeholders


  • Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role
  • Experience with social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and advertising
  • Experience with social media management and scheduling tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
  • Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure the success of social media campaigns
  • Experience with creating and implementing a social media content calendar
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and metrics tracking tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite Insights, or Facebook Insights.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media
  • Experience in a creative field, such as advertising or design, is a plus
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
