  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and quotas
  • Identify potential clients and leads and manage the sales process from initial contact to close
  • Understand the digital marketing services offered by the agency and effectively communicate them to potential clients
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and design, to create and deliver effective sales proposals and presentations
  • Use analytics and metrics to measure the success of sales campaigns and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices and incorporate them into the agency’s sales strategy
  • Manage and lead a sales team, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Work with clients to understand their business goals and objectives and create customised solutions to meet those goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity in the digital marketing industry
  • Use CRM and sales tracking tools to manage and track sales progress
  • Create and manage a sales budget and provide regular performance reports to the agency management
  • Continuously strive to improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.


  • Proven experience as a sales executive or similar role in a digital marketing agency

  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and products offered by the agency
  • Experience in lead generation and nurturing
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
  • Experience in managing and leading a sales team
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in creating and managing a sales budget
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure the success of sales campaigns
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital marketing sales
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Experience in creating and implementing sales training programs
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools
  • Experience in creating and delivering sales presentations and proposals
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
