Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and quotas
Identify potential clients and leads and manage the sales process from initial contact to close
Understand the digital marketing services offered by the agency and effectively communicate them to potential clients
Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and design, to create and deliver effective sales proposals and presentations
Use analytics and metrics to measure the success of sales campaigns and adjust strategy accordingly
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices and incorporate them into the agency’s sales strategy
Manage and lead a sales team, providing guidance and training as needed
Work with clients to understand their business goals and objectives and create customised solutions to meet those goals
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
Monitor and report on competitor activity in the digital marketing industry
Use CRM and sales tracking tools to manage and track sales progress
Create and manage a sales budget and provide regular performance reports to the agency management
Continuously strive to improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Proven experience as a sales executive or similar role in a digital marketing agency
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics
Strong understanding of digital marketing services and products offered by the agency
Experience in lead generation and nurturing
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas
Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
Experience in managing and leading a sales team
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in creating and managing a sales budget
Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure the success of sales campaigns
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital marketing sales
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Experience in creating and implementing sales training programs
Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools
Experience in creating and delivering sales presentations and proposals
Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
