Develop and implement advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, such as social media, search engines, online display and video advertising.
Conduct market research to understand target audiences and create advertising strategies that appeal to them.
Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and design, to create visually appealing and engaging advertisements.
Use analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and adjust strategy accordingly.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital advertising trends and best practices and incorporate them into the agency’s strategy.
Manage and monitor advertising budgets and report on results.
Work with clients to understand their business goals and objectives and create advertising campaigns to meet those goals.
Be the point of contact for clients for all advertising related queries and concerns.
Continuously monitor and report on competitor activity in digital advertising
Develop and maintain relationships with media partners, publishers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Optimise campaigns by analysing data and creating target audience segments, to ensure the most effective delivery and reach.
Use A/B testing and other optimisation techniques to improve the performance of campaigns.
Use tracking and measurement tools to assess the performance of campaigns, analyse the data and make recommendations for improvements.
Continuously monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns, make recommendations and make adjustments as needed.
Provide regular performance reports to clients and the agency management.
Continuously stay up-to-date with changes in digital advertising platforms, features, and ad formats to maximise the effectiveness of campaigns.
Proven experience as an advertising specialist or similar role in a digital marketing agency
Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)
Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Strong understanding of metrics and data analysis
Experience with developing, executing and optimising digital advertising campaigns
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure the success of advertising campaigns
Experience in a creative field, such as advertising or design, is a plus
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital advertising
Experience in managing and leading a team is a plus
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Familiarity with ad tracking, measurement and optimization tools.
Experience in creating and implementing a budget for advertising campaigns
Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting and programmatic advertising
Experience in A/B testing and other optimisation techniques.
